Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial processes and ensure accurate reporting for management and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations to meet management and fiscal benchmarks.
- Support fiscal integrity in Sharjah, preparing accurate financial reports and supporting decision-making with 100% precision in data.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and executive leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of financial activities.
- Monitor financial performance and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to manage accounting data efficiently and resolve complex problem-solving tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of professional accounting experience (Industry experience in aluminum or construction is a major advantage).
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, ERP software, and independent analytical responsibilities.
- Professional background in education regarding regulatory compliance, problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
