A senior corporate finance opening is available for an accomplished Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end fiscal operations and regulatory auditing. Operating from Sharjah, UAE, this leadership position takes full accountability over group ledger validation, strict IFRS compliance monitoring, corporate tax documentation, and statutory audit synchronization across multiple corporate entities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger activities and guarantee accurate recording of all multi-entity financial transactions.
- Prepare structured financial statements, executive management reports, and direct corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor liquid cash flow positions, assess capital performance, and support strategic corporate financial decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external audit pipelines and ensure comprehensive, timely completion of audit requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with modern IFRS standards, corporate taxation laws, and regional financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle complex credit control functions, customer-supplier reconciliations, and structural financial risk assessments.
- Manage centralized accounting operations across multiple active business units and group companies.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise daily finance team activities to preserve operational accuracy and efficiency.

- Minimum 8 years of deep professional experience handling advanced accounting and financial controller roles.
- Mandatory prior background working inside established external audit firms along with verified team management history.
- Expert knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS), corporate tax processes, and regional commercial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency working with enterprise-grade ERP frameworks, automated financial databases, and complex Microsoft Excel modeling.
- Demonstrated capability to balance books independently for group companies and complex, multi-entity corporate structures.
- Strong leadership, critical data analysis, communication, and executive reporting skills under pressure.
- Integration with secure financial tracking platforms driven by modern corporate Information Technology systems.
- Semi-qualified or fully qualified professional certification (ACCA / ICAI) paired with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from an approved education institution.
