Job Description:
An advanced corporate accounting vacancy is open for a meticulous Senior Bookkeeper to lead multi-entity general ledgers, inventory valuations, and compliance audits. Operating from Dubai with flexible remote possibilities, this senior financial controller will take absolute charge of executing month-end closures, analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), adjusting multi-currency transfer pricing matrices, and securing absolute alignment with UAE Federal Tax Authority rules.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete, end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes with absolute precision, reporting schedules, and punctuality.
- Handle complex asset and inventory accounting, covering active hardware fleets, raw materials, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and equipment refurbishment tracking.
- Oversee detailed intercompany transactions, internal balancing sheets, and transfer pricing strategies across a multi-entity group structure.
- Ensure total corporate compliance with statutory UAE VAT laws, tax reporting deadlines, and emerging corporate tax regulations.
- Maintain clean, perfectly verifiable financial ledgers and actively support external audit reviews and corporate planning structures.
- Work closely with internal logistics and operational teams to achieve complete financial transparency, internal controls, and data integrity.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 5 or more years of verified professional experience independently executing comprehensive month-end close routines and deep bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong, advanced expertise in multi-location inventory tracking utilizing enterprise ERP systems such as Zoho Books, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
- Proven background handling multi-entity group consolidation structures, multi-currency accounting, and intercompany ledgers.
- Must be currently based in Dubai or exhibit an exceptional profile qualified for a highly structured remote work model.
- Exceptional numerical analytical skills, acute data precision, and a high-level focus on systemic detail.
- Advanced proficiency utilizing digital reporting suites, automation scripts, and financial ledger portals backed by modern cloud Information Technology assets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce from an accredited higher education university.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct professional working mastery of Zoho Books environments and automated subscription billing workflows.
- Holding formal professional accounting credentials such as CPA, CA, or ACCA designations.
- Prior background navigating fast-growing startup operations or driving audits within Big 4 accounting firms.
- Substantial background moving upward within the highly competitive corporate accountant jobs landscape.
