Job Description:

The Senior CRM Business Analyst will lead discovery sessions, map complex workflows, author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), define integration architectures and reporting specifications, and ensure successful CRM platform implementations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather project requirements.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes, workflows, business rules, approvals, roles, and permissions.
• Define system integrations, data requirements, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful CRM implementation and delivery.
• Support multiple CRM projects across different industries and business environments.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of CRM Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end CRM implementation projects across different industries.
• Strong experience conducting discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and creating detailed BRDs.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, approvals, roles, permissions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills; experience with multiple CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
