Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Senior Engineers across multiple disciplines to support a major RTA infrastructure mega project in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can lead specialized departments for management and quality review. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international infrastructure standards, monitoring HSE policies, or managing project schedules depending on your technical assignment. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Technical Leadership and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage specialized engineering departments to meet management and RTA project targets.
- Ensure all project phases in Dubai comply with infrastructure standards, ensuring 100% data integrity in technical evaluations, inspections, and audits.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, resources, and site productivity.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies or quality control (QA/QC) procedures across large-scale site operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project management software to develop detailed schedules and monitor project progress for timely delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a professional Certificate in a related technical discipline.
- Significant professional experience in infrastructure and utility projects specifically within the UAE/GCC market.
- Strong background in management of complex engineering tasks, site safety, or quality benchmarks.
- Professional background in education or training regarding PMP, NEBOSH, or QA/QC certifications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, technical leadership, and analytical thinking in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent coordination skills with the capability to manage government-level infrastructure initiatives in Dubai.
