Job Description:
The Senior Accountant & Management Accountant will direct financial reporting, manage treasury operations, and lead financial controls across transaction-heavy business streams. Stationed in the UAE, this onsite leadership role involves managing cash flow liquidity, directing budgeting and forecasting models, overseeing VAT compliance and audits, and supervising the core finance team to support long-term operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bookkeeping processes and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
- Prepare management reports and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and governance procedures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure VAT compliance and provide support for payroll and audit processes.
- Supervise finance team members and support continuous process improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, management accounting, and financial controls.
- Prior domain experience within FinTech, digital payments, or high-volume transaction environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in transaction reconciliations, treasury management, liquidity planning, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern financial reporting frameworks.
- Proven track record in team leadership and direct finance staff management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
