Job Description:

The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily residential housekeeping operations, lead and manage housekeeping staff, maintain quality control measures, and collaborate closely with executive management to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across the estate.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Support the Housekeeping Management team in maintaining quality service and presentation.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate housekeeping staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor housekeeping procedures and implement quality control measures.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Foster a professional and service-oriented working environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in luxury hotels or private residences.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and quality control systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, team management, and multicultural communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong service-oriented mindset.
