Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver workforce precision for management and employee lifecycle performance review. You will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end HR operations, overseeing payroll processes, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law, Performance Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to meet management and corporate benchmarks.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, overseeing payroll processing, leave management, and personnel records with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and executive leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of HR strategy and workforce planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies while supporting performance management initiatives.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to resolve employee queries and maintain smooth workflow efficiency across departments.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of recruitment pipelines, onboarding workflows, and employee relations.
  • Professional background in education regarding UAE Labour Law, compliance standards, and payroll infrastructure.
  • Prior experience within the contracting or construction industry is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, lead teams, and thrive independently in a fast-paced Dubai corporate setting.
