Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior HR Generalist to direct people operations and guide workforce strategies for our centralized corporate office in Dubai. Operating as an essential strategic partner within our leadership group, this full-time role focuses on managing full-cycle talent pipelines, governing compliance frameworks, and steering employee relations under our comprehensive human resources management architecture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, building active candidate pipelines from specialized sourcing channels through to comprehensive corporate onboarding.
- Oversee annual performance evaluation frameworks, manage employee relations, and provide structured counsel to line managers on staff development.
- Govern day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring all employment contracts, policies, and internal workflows comply with UAE Labor Law.
- Support learning and development (L&D) initiatives, identifying core skills gaps and coordinating targeted technical or leadership training modules.
- Conduct thorough people analytics, track key HR metrics, and generate diagnostic workforce reports for executive leadership review.
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to department heads, aligning human capital strategies with corporate automotive growth objectives.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related corporate management discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of successful, verified professional experience operating as an HR Generalist strictly within the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven, independent ownership of full-cycle technical recruitment pipelines and advanced talent vetting strategies.
- Deep structural understanding of the latest UAE Labor Law frameworks, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations, and general compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management capacities with the professional presence required to advise executive business leaders.
- Prior background or solid operational exposure within the automotive, heavy engineering, or technical services industries is considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with robust conflict-resolution and interpersonal capabilities.
