This Senior HR Operations Manager role, managed by Hire Rightt, is for a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across large, diverse teams in Dubai. The position requires a proactive leader capable of aligning HR policies, systems, and workflows with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of compliance and employee engagement. Arabic fluency is mandatory for this role.

Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence:

The Senior HR Operations Manager will oversee all HR operations (employee relations, payroll, performance evaluation, onboarding, policy implementation). This is a strategic role focused on developing robust HR frameworks, workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance management. Key focus areas include ensuring payroll accuracy, legal compliance with UAE labor laws, and enhancing HRIS and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, payroll management, and policy implementation.
  • Develop robust HR frameworks that foster a transparent, compliant, and supportive work culture.
  • Play a strategic role in developing workforce planning initiatives, succession strategies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Optimize HR systems and ensure efficient service delivery (Operational Excellence).
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure all HR activities adhere to UAE labor laws, managing audits, documentation, and reporting (Compliance & Governance).
