Job Description:
A senior systems infrastructure vacancy is open for a proactive Senior IT Operations Specialist to lead group-wide technology deployments, network administration, and enterprise system scaling. Operating out of the corporate offices in Dubai, UAE, this technical specialist will take absolute charge of cross-platform cloud configurations, hosting frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and virtual reality infrastructure to ensure maximum operational up-time and systemic resilience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate domains, specialized DNS records, advanced web hosting grids, and seamless Active Directory system integrations.
- Administer the master Microsoft 365 tenant environment, enterprise email routing systems, security credentials, and user access controls.
- Support comprehensive website hosting environments, dedicated server assets, database links, and complex system-level integrations.
- Configure employee workstations, laptops, custom software applications, secure cloud environments, and track hardware IT assets accurately.
- Handle advanced system troubleshooting, resolve localized network or server outages, and implement performance optimization tasks.
- Maintain, scale, and support Virtual Reality (VR) systems, high-bandwidth streaming connectivity, and specialized display infrastructure.
- Implement comprehensive IT security frameworks, routine backup schedules, disaster recovery plans, and risk management protocols.
- Manage internal IT helpdesk ticketing systems, network tracking tools, and diagnostics to maximize operational efficiency across branches.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven senior-level professional experience handling technical IT operations, network scaling, or systems administration within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise administration, DNS management, domain mapping, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on system knowledge involving local and cloud server administration, hosting dashboards, and enterprise-level platform integrations.
- Solid operational understanding of modern cybersecurity best practices, backup automation frameworks, and robust endpoint protection utilities.
- Excellent critical problem-solving, analytical diagnostics, hardware troubleshooting, and technical debugging skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multifaceted IT operations independently under tight timelines inside a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth operational familiarity with advanced digital environments built upon modern Information Technology and premium real estate jobs infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical science from an accredited higher education university.
