Job Description:
We are executing a strategic technical appointment within our engineering division and are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to govern backend architecture pipelines and direct enterprise application pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary, bilingual development specialists who excel at writing clean code and scaling database systems, this full-time role focuses on accelerating system delivery speeds, auditing security logs, and maximizing application performance under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance highly secure, enterprise-level web and desktop applications using modern Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Design, build, and deploy high-performance RESTful APIs, web services, and robust backend system components.
- Architect complex relational database models and optimize advanced queries to maintain fast data processing speeds.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business units, project coordinators, and UI/UX teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Enforce secure coding standards, eliminate vulnerabilities, and adhere strictly to formal SDLC methodologies.
- Participate actively in system design workshops, comprehensive peer code reviews, and technical strategy discussions.
- Integrate complex third-party APIs, legacy internal platforms, and enterprise external service modules.
- Prepare and systematically update clean technical documentation, system architectures, and deployment manifests.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely matching accredited discipline.
- A minimum of 6 or more years of successful, verified professional experience writing enterprise code and managing systems inside a .NET development environment.
- Total professional bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required to interact with regional enterprise systems and stakeholders.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying code, debugging relational systems, and managing source control trees inside Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following stacks:
- .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, and Power BI reporting models.
- REST APIs, IIS web server configurations, and front-end tools like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Git or SVN version control systems alongside secure coding practices.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, strategic problem-solving skills, and a clear dedication to technical innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience deploying and customizing Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as K2 or Ultimus is highly preferred.
