Job Description:
TRIO CAFE UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to direct operational performance across its expanding café footprint in the UAE. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this senior hospitality executive will oversee multi-unit café operations, optimize supply chain and procurement workflows, enforce quality and service standards, control operating costs, and lead cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and brand profitability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across multiple café locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
- Manage supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
- Drive sales performance and profitability through effective operational planning.
- Monitor costs and implement measures to improve financial performance.
- Ensure consistent service quality and maintain operational standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
- Implement strategic initiatives to support business expansion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven senior-level experience directing multi-unit café or restaurant operations within high-volume F&B environments.
- Strong technical expertise in hospitality supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- In-depth understanding of cost optimization, financial reporting, profit and loss (P&L) management, and service standards.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, team management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
