Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to manage project schedules for our residential villa developments in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee construction timelines for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for developing detailed schedules, monitoring progress against baseline targets, and implementing corrective measures to ensure project delivery. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Primavera P6 and Construction Scheduling Methodologies and a proactive approach to resource allocation and performance analysis. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to meet management and project delivery targets.
• Support project integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in resource allocation, critical path analysis, and baseline monitoring.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and project execution teams to ensure alignment between planning phases and on-site construction.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports and performance updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Primavera P6 to optimize scheduling efficiency and professional project reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering plus a relevant professional Planning or Primavera P6 Certificate.
• 10–15 years of professional experience specifically in construction planning and scheduling.
• Strong background in management of large-scale villa or residential projects within the UAE market.
• Professional background in education or training regarding critical path methodologies, project controls, and corrective action planning.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, advanced proficiency in planning software, and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard contracting firm in Dubai.
