Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality engineering deliverables for management and project performance review. You will be responsible for P&ID development, process simulations, and navigating both FEED and Detailed Engineering phases. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Chemical Process Design and EPC Workflow Management and a proactive approach to technical safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design activities and engineering calculations to meet management and project deadlines.
- Support technical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in P&ID development and process simulation outputs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary engineering teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and project coordination.
- Manage both FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Engineering phases for complex petrochemical projects.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and simulation software to optimize process flows and engineering deliverables.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related professional field.
- Proven professional experience specifically within EPC project environments.
- Strong background in management of the Chemical or Petrochemical industry project lifecycle.
- Professional background in education or training regarding process safety standards, P&ID development, and engineering deliverables.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and meet strict project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard engineering firm in Dubai.
