Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer to join our Dubai-based team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a seasoned professional who can oversee complex construction activities for management and project excellence review. You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with approved designs and authority regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering Drawings and UAE Construction Regulations and a proactive approach to site inspections, safety benchmarks, and technical reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and lead project execution to meet management and safety targets.
- Support technical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in site inspections, shop drawing reviews, and project status reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to authority approvals.
- Monitor site progress and verify compliance with all drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and software like AutoCAD and Revit to optimize project tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering plus relevant Senior Professional Engineering Credentials.
- Minimum 15+ years of professional experience specifically with engineering consultancy firms in Dubai.
- Strong background in management of construction supervision, site operations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE authority requirements, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a valid UAE driving license, and currently be based in Dubai.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard consultancy in Dubai.
