Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Software / IT Support Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can provide comprehensive support for ERP systems and network infrastructure for management and client review. You will be responsible for resolving software, hardware, and network-related problems while managing Fortinet firewall configurations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in System Security and a proactive approach to technical training. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems to meet management and functionality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related problems across the Dubai infrastructure.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams to maintain Fortinet firewall configurations and network security.
- Deliver professional client training and remote technical assistance to ensure 100% data integrity and system reliability.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries.
🔹 Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong background in management of network systems and ERP modules.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Fortinet firewall configurations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a mandatory valid UAE driving license.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced UAE IT environment.
