Job Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead senior-level executive search and specialized leadership hiring, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, talent mapping, and candidate headhunting to support corporate growth, aligning strategic recruitment with broader business management initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, managerial, and executive C-Suite leadership roles.
• Source, identify, and headhunt top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and direct sourcing channels.
• Build robust, proactive talent pipelines across the UAE and broader GCC region.
• Successfully negotiate offer terms and close critical Manager, Senior Manager, and C-Suite requisitions.
• Partner directly with executive stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with operational manpower needs.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and salary benchmarking research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain an active professional network of high-caliber talent across relevant retail and digital industries.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on Talent Acquisition or executive search experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of independently headhunting and closing senior managerial and leadership roles in the GCC.
• Expertise in executive recruitment methodologies, talent mapping, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
• Open to both male and female candidates; candidates with solely HR Generalist, HR Executive, or non-UAE senior recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.
