Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally qualified, user-focused, and strategically minded Senior UX/UI Professional to manage daily interactive design pipelines, advanced prototype validation workflows, and system remediation tracking tracks at our corporate client branch in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Govern comprehensive UX research initiatives, leveraging quantitative analytics and qualitative studies to understand complex user behavioral parameters smoothly.
• Create advanced user personas, detailed multi-channel journey maps, high-fidelity wireframes, and scalable interactive prototypes to map digital solutions.
• Perform systematic usability testing cycles, analyzing user friction indices to apply iterative interface optimization blueprints.
• Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional Agile development squads, product owners, and cloud engineers to monitor technical feasibility.
• Apply rigorous human-centered design principles and usability heuristics across web, mobile, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate design systems, interaction standards, and digital accessibility compliance benchmarks.
• Support the continuous evolution of user experiences across active platforms, refining UI micro-interactions and layout hierarchies.
• Work closely with multi-tier business stakeholders to translate complex commercial requirements into elegant, high-conversion design layouts.

🔹 Requirements:

• Verified background containing 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (or 5+ years of verified practice combined with age 26+).
• Solid academic foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or an equivalent technical track.
• Deep structural understanding of UX research methodologies, wireframing systems, high-fidelity prototyping, and modern vector design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Proven track record operating within fast-paced Agile environments, scrum framework tracking loops, and interactive software release workflows.
• Exceptional presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language (Minimum B2+ Level) to navigate multicultural and Arabic business corporate environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate seamlessly under client-facing environments, translate product telemetry, and manage design assets independently.
• Practical background in basic education regarding software usability metrics, conversion optimization math variables, and engineering design lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
