Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally dependable, precise, and detail-oriented Site Accountant to manage daily project financial pipelines, advanced site expenditure workflows, and material inventory remediation tracking tracks at our active operational infrastructure developments in Sharjah. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Govern comprehensive daily site accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial registries and balanced ledgers directly at the project deployment grounds.
• Monitor site petty cash allocations, verifying out-of-pocket expenses, and managing immediate reimbursement documentation loops smoothly.
• Prepare and track project purchase requests, local purchase orders (LPOs), supplier invoices, and downstream subcontractor payment records.
• Coordinate continuously with central procurement teams, site storekeepers, and structural project engineers to validate materials delivery data.
• Monitor incoming material deliveries against delivery notes, auditing stock ledger variations and keeping meticulous supplier files.
• Compile detailed weekly and monthly site expense reports, variant analysis indices, and cash flow updates for head-office review.
• Assist in organizing ground labor attendance logs, tracking overtime metrics, and ensuring accurate site manpower file management.
• Maintain highly systematic physical and digital archives of all commercial site invoices, material gate passes, and technical project vouchers.
• Support structural project cost control initiatives, tracking real-time expenditures against baseline budget metrics to limit fiscal leakages.
• Coordinate regularly with Head Office corporate accounts and human resource wings to sync labor data, payroll records, and compliance metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• Possession of a recognized Bachelor’s Degree or professional Diploma in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a relevant commercial discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of verified professional experience handling site accounting, quantity-surveying data coordination, or construction project tracking loops.
• Proven background operating within civil engineering, MEP sub-contracting, building construction, or municipal water utility/STP infrastructure environments is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of UAE corporate compliance parameters, statutory Federal Tax Authority (FTA) VAT documentation, and invoice processing protocols.
• Advanced software capability utilizing modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) accounting modules, digital inventory management systems, and complex MS Excel tracking sheets.
• Exceptional presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to interface with diverse site teams and corporate executives.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate independently at remote project sites, solving logistical data discrepancies while protecting the strict confidentiality of financial files.
