Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Architect to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can supervise and manage architectural execution for management and project performance review. You will be responsible for ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting regular site inspections. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Building Codes, DM Regulations, and Architectural Detailing and a proactive approach to resolving technical site issues. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all architectural activities on-site to meet management and execution benchmarks.
- Support design integrity in Dubai, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project stakeholders to facilitate professional organizational coordination of subcontractors and consultants.
- Evaluate shop drawings, materials, and method statements while monitoring quality control and project timelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and AutoCAD to identify discrepancies in architectural drawings and support project reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience as a Site Architect within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong background in management of large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
- Professional background in education regarding UAE building codes, authority approvals, and site problem-solving.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, must currently reside in the UAE, and be available to join immediately in Dubai.
