Job Description:

The Site Engineer (Civil) will oversee daily structural and finishing site operations, manage subcontractors and site foremen, ensure compliance with technical drawings and QA/QC specifications, and maintain strict HSE site standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, and finishing works.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and participate in site inspections.
• Verify that delivered materials meet approved technical specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate site records, technical reports, and project documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant site engineering experience in structural and finishing works.
• Good knowledge of construction standards, safety, environmental regulations, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, site management skills, and immediate availability preferred.
