Job Description:

The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities on high-rise building projects, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with technical specifications and safety standards across the United Arab Emirates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor construction quality, project progress, and site safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and UAE construction regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of site engineering experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site activities, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
