Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an organized, proactive Site HR Admin to lead workforce administration and govern daily field personnel compliance tracks at a remote project location in Dubai. Operating as the primary operational liaison for field staff, this full-time role focuses on monitoring high-volume deployment logs, organizing local camp operations, and syncing field records with centralized teams under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern all daily field personnel tasks, on-site administrative pipelines, and data tracking files at the project location.
  • Maintain high-precision muster rolls, biometric attendance files, labor shift rotas, and daily site administrative logs.
  • Support field employee onboarding sequences, deliver site safety compliance overviews, and collect mandatory regulatory paperwork.
  • Coordinate on-site workforce communications, distribute company-wide memos, and resolve baseline labor relations issues.
  • Liaise closely with the corporate headquarters hr jobs team to ensure seamless end-of-month payroll updates and contract renewals.
  • Manage systematic cloud databases and secure physical file arrangements for project-specific manpower reports.
  • Supervise staff accommodation allocations, monitor catering distributions, manage project transit schedules, and guide general camp administration tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Prior professional background working directly in a site-based personnel coordinator, field administrative assistant, or labor supervisor position is required.
  • Proven experience operating inside active civil infrastructure, heavy engineering, or large-scale building construction environments.
  • A valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is mandatory to facilitate regular transport and camp coordination tasks across field locations.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of UAE labor laws, standard working-hour constraints, and on-site welfare protocols.
  • Practical computer literacy with reliable competence using Microsoft Excel for indexing shift metrics and managing rosters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver instructions clearly and handle multi-cultural labor disputes professionally.
  • Total psychological willingness and physical capacity to reside or perform continuously at isolated, fast-paced remote desert project sites.
  • Applicants must currently be situated inside the United Arab Emirates with immediate joining capacity for urgent deployment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related organizational field is preferred.
