Job Description:
We are executing a strategic grid-infrastructure appointment within our central project logistics division and are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Site Store Keeper to govern heavy asset pipelines and direct daily material distribution pathways at ICAD 4 in Abu Dhabi. Tailored for dedicated materials management specialists who possess deep operational command of heavy utility components and excel at constructing high-precision warehouse asset ledgers, this full-time, project-based track (12-month tenure) focuses on accelerating receiving speeds, auditing material usage tracking databases, and maximizing on-site storage footprint security under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete physical receipt, visual quality inspection, and systematic staging of electrical grid components, transformers, and switchgear assets.
- Maintain accurate digital inventory databases, stock accounting systems, and material location charts for continuous on-site auditing.
- Monitor technical stock parameters, tracking depletion speeds and coordinating proactive material replenishment triggers with central procurement.
- Issue electrical fittings, industrial cables, and specialized structural gear to site technicians while verifying matching work orders.
- Ensure all incoming equipment manifests and outgoing delivery notes are recorded accurately in the primary asset database.
- Maintain top-tier industrial warehouse organization, enforcing strict product categorization and ensuring all items are stored safely against weathering.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly inventory balance sheets, material consumption metrics, and physical variance logs for project controls evaluation.
- Coordinate closely with procurement engineers, bulk transport operators, and site managers to eliminate structural installation delays.
🔹 Requirements:
- Academic Diploma, technical Degree, or accredited professional Certificate in Supply Chain Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a closely matching corporate operational discipline.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of verified field experience operating as a materials storekeeper or logistics coordinator explicitly inside large-scale high-voltage electrical substation construction setups or heavy industrial utility layouts.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying multi-column inventory logging systems, automated tracking grids, and material reconciliation summaries inside enterprise tracking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary technical sectors:
- Material receiving and inspection procedures, heavy freight handling, and industrial parts cataloging.
- Inventory control philosophies, buffer stock parameters, and supply storage configuration layout patterns.
- Material issuance protocols, tool room tracking systems, and delivery discrepancy resolution steps.
- Substation construction assets, safety equipment, industrial tool classification, and high-voltage line components.
- Outstanding physical storage coordination traits, sharp commercial field awareness, immediate problem-solving habits, and an ability to operate efficiently under hot, high-intensity site conditions.
