Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor – Transport to oversee daily transport operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead drivers and manage site activities for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for vehicle dispatching, monitoring driver behavior, and maintaining discipline across all transport activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day general transport operations to meet management and trip efficiency targets.
- Support logistics integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in vehicle dispatching and routing schedules.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to monitor driver attendance, performance, and overall site discipline.
- Coordinate closely with management to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain high safety standards across transport activities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to handle on-ground challenges and facilitate professional organizational reporting.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related professional field.
- Proven professional experience specifically as a Site Supervisor in general transport operations.
- Strong background in management of drivers, dispatch processes, and site-level logistics coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding safety regulations, transport compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a valid UAE driving license, and exhibit strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard logistics firm in Dubai.
- Per organizational requirements, Indian nationality is mandatory for this professional role.
