🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Plan and publish a cohesive content calendar that aligns with 3X Capital’s premium brand goals and investor-focused messaging.
• On-Ground Videography: Conduct high-quality on-site shoots to capture real estate developments, corporate events, and lifestyle visuals across Dubai.
• End-to-End Production: Manage the entire creative lifecycle, including initial ideation, storyboarding, filming, and final post-production editing.
• Post-Production Excellence: Edit video and visual assets to a world-class standard, ensuring they are optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent professional tone and corporate identity across all digital platforms.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media trends within the luxury real estate sector to keep the brand’s digital presence innovative and relevant.

🔹 Requirements:

• Portfolio: Proven background in Real Estate or Corporate content creation with a portfolio showcasing high-end visual work.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with professional videography equipment and advanced editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut).
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creative Vision: Ability to work independently to execute creative ideas from concept to a polished final delivery.
• Attributes: Passion for building a premium brand presence through high-fidelity visual storytelling.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience in a creative field.
