Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to guide online identity initiatives and manage community engagement strategies from our office in Ajman. Operating inside our centralized communications division, this full-time role focuses on designing high-impact multimedia layouts, launching targeted advertising campaigns, and optimizing cross-platform lead generation funnels under our centralized operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update corporate brand networks across multiple digital ecosystems to sustain active audience interaction channels.
  • Design engaging promotional content pipelines, including copy blocks, custom visual layouts, short-form reels, and graphic assets.
  • Organize, outline, and schedule comprehensive publishing timelines to support unified corporate presentation standards.
  • Monitor public community boards, address consumer messages, and drive prompt engagement to expand regional conversion rates.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising allocations to secure efficient cost-per-acquisition performance.
  • Compile detailed traffic reports, analyze monthly conversion analytics, and provide key audience insights to corporate directors.
  • Track regional lifestyle shifts and adapt localized outreach tactics to match updating platform distribution algorithms.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, professional diploma, or accredited credential in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related commercial path.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional, verified experience focusing on social media management or regional digital advertising.
  • Must currently reside within the borders of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Strong practical knowledge handling optimization models for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Proven experience managing paid ad accounts, structuring audience target groups, and compiling web metrics dashboards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, storyboarding, and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with structural organization skills and a natural talent for handling fast-paced multi-channel campaigns.
