🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging, original, and shareable multimedia content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Platform Management: Execute and grow the company’s presence across all major social channels, tailoring content to specific platform algorithms and best practices.
• Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and digital trends, implementing AI-based tools to streamline production and enhance creativity.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, facilitate audience interaction, and manage brand reputation through proactive communication.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring all posts align with broader marketing objectives and deadlines.
• Performance Analysis: Track key engagement metrics to refine content strategies and enhance overall brand visibility.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for established brands.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related creative field is preferred.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.
• AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools for content generation, image editing, or workflow optimization.
• Mindset: A creative, self-motivated professional who can work independently while meeting strict content schedules.
