Job Description:
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can develop robust software for management and technical review. You will be responsible for designing scalable backend applications, optimizing database structures, and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend applications to meet management and system performance targets.
- Support technical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in database management, SQL optimization, and maintainable code documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective integrated solutions.
- Ensure software performance, security, and scalability standards are consistently met through rigorous troubleshooting and functionality upgrades.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and modern programming stacks (PHP, Java, Python) to optimize platform communication and professional technical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field plus a relevant professional Full-Stack or Backend Certificate.
- Proven professional interest or experience specifically in backend technologies and scalable system architecture.
- Strong background in management of database reliability, clean code practices, and complex system integration tasks.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern languages such as PHP, Java, Python, and SQL optimization.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
