🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Execution: Deliver professional massage therapies, bespoke facial treatments, and holistic body rituals in accordance with premium spa standards.
• Consultation & Wellness: Assess individual guest needs and recommend tailored treatments to enhance relaxation and address specific wellness concerns.
• Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain a pristine, safe, and medically hygienic treatment room and equipment environment at all times.
• Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless and calming journey for all guests, from the initial greeting to post-treatment recommendations.
• Service Excellence: Uphold the organization’s reputation for luxury by following all operational protocols and safety guidelines consistently.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and supportive spa culture, coordinating effectively with the reception and housekeeping teams.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Mandatory Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a closely related wellness field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills in various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy) and skin care treatments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable, and professional personality.
