Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Specialist ENT to join our professional medical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality ENT care for management and patient outcome performance review. You will be responsible for diagnosing ear, nose, and throat conditions, performing clinical evaluations, and utilizing modern diagnostic equipment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Otolaryngology, Patient Safety, and Multidisciplinary Collaboration and a proactive approach to patient-centered care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat conditions to meet management and quality care benchmarks.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, performing evaluations and recommending treatment plans with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and healthcare leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of medical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment and safety.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to maintain accurate patient records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Medical Degree with a Specialist Qualification in ENT (Otolaryngology).
- Proven professional experience as a Specialist ENT in a clinical setting.
- Strong background in management of complex ENT cases and patient management.
- Professional background in education regarding DHA/DOH/MOH licensing, diagnostic skills, and clinical safety.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai healthcare environment.
