Job Description:

Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Store Manager – Fashion Retail to lead daily retail store operations across its UAE branches. Based in the UAE, this retail leader will oversee store teams, drive sales targets, manage inventory control, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure high-level customer engagement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operational requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion retail.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/Retail Management Systems.
• Solid knowledge of retail store operations, stock inventory auditing, and visual merchandising.
• Must currently reside in the UAE; male candidates are preferred.
