Job Description:
Abu Dhabi Catering and Services (ADCS) is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee its catering and food service inventory operations in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, this warehouse and stock management specialist will direct daily store activities, control stock movements across dry, chilled, and frozen storage areas, enforce strict FIFO and FEFO inventory principles, maintain food safety compliance, and support operational kitchen supply requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage dry, chilled, and frozen storage areas according to company standards.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO principles.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth operational requirements.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and storage regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Store Supervisor or Inventory Supervisor within the catering or food service industry.
- In-depth practical knowledge of dry, chilled, and frozen food storage management.
- Strong expertise in FIFO, FEFO, stock rotation, inventory control procedures, and food safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, inventory auditing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume stock movements in a fast-paced food preparation environment.
