Storekeeper & Driver – Dubai, UAE | Trump International Golf Club, Dubai

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive and verify Pro Shop merchandise and general supplies against invoices and purchase orders.
• SCM Operations: Match vouchers within the SCM system for Engineering, F&B, and Marketing; create new item codes and update vendor records.
• Asset Tracking: Maintain the fixed asset register for the golf club and course maintenance stores, reporting regular updates to management.
• Financial Support: Prepare monthly stock reconciliations, export sales reports from Yellow Dog Inventory, and process petty cash invoices.
• Messenger Duties: Deliver and collect legal documents, cheques, and contracts from head offices; manage daily bank deposits and cash collections.
• Departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between Procurement and Finance to ensure timely document processing and stock availability.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional Storekeeper role.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience in Dubai.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SCM systems (experience with Jonas or Yellow Dog is highly preferred) and MS Excel.
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly in reconciliation and document matching.
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
• Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree holder or Diploma in a relevant field.
