Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Storekeeper to join our operations team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage inventory records and stock control for management and warehouse performance review. You will be responsible for packing/unpacking medical device shipments, monitoring stock levels for timely replenishment, and maintaining a safe storage environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inventory Control and Warehouse Safety Standards and a proactive approach to space utilization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control to meet management and operational targets.
- Support inventory integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in handling incoming and outgoing medical device shipments.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and logistics team to ensure a clean, safe, and organized storage facility.
- Organize storage areas and monitor stock levels to facilitate professional organizational reporting and efficient product access.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory tracking and reporting while operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional certifications in Logistics or Warehouse Management are a professional advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within the medical equipment or a related inventory field.
- Strong background in management of inventory handling, packing procedures, and structured storage systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding medical device handling procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and coordination skills to support a high-standard healthcare group in Dubai.
