Job Description:
We are executing an immediate strategic operational appointment within our supply chain division and are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Storekeeper – Road & Infrastructure to govern material intake pipelines and direct physical asset preservation pathways in Dubai. Built for highly structured warehouse professionals who excel at managing heavy project inventory matrices and tracking mechanical material allocations, this full-time role focuses on accelerating stock requisition cycle speeds, auditing warehouse transaction logs, and maximizing site operational up-time under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse asset flows, layout allocations, and material storage operations with high fidelity.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and initiate timely material requisitions based on heavy project schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, complete material registers, and structured weekly status reports.
- Coordinate seamlessly with project engineering teams and central procurement units regarding critical material arrivals.
- Ensure safe handling, proper zoning segregation, and audited issuance of materials to authorized field technicians.
- Conduct routine physical stock inspections, cycle counts, and comprehensive inventory reconciliation activities.
- Maintain complete store documentation, delivery notes, and gate pass clearances in accordance with corporate frameworks.
- Ensure uncompromised personal compliance with international safety protocols, site regulations, and client asset standards.
- Support efficient material tracking systems and automated inventory control processes across active field storage nodes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely matching discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of successful, verified professional storekeeper experience operating directly on road construction, bridge building, or civil infrastructure projects inside Dubai.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying transaction registers, pricing codes, and material ledgers inside dedicated ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel templates.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following functional areas:
- Material requisition protocols, material safety data data sheets (MSDS), and inventory control practices.
- Store operations, automated stock management, and tracking tools.
- Heavy construction equipment materials handling, rust protection, and specialized warehouse logging.
- Logistics documents, delivery notes, receipt audits, and material variance analysis templates.
- Outstanding organization habits, sharp attention to numerical tracking detail, and highly efficient multitasking habits under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with the capacity to coordinate inventory workflows across multi-cultural technical operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior direct experience governing material yards on verified Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects is strongly preferred to accelerate operational onboarding.
- Immediate professional availability or capability to join the project team at short notice.
