Job Description:

We are seeking two dynamic Student Recruitment Officers to support our regional and international expansion. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can drive enrollment activities for management and institutional review. You will be responsible for promoting the institution, managing an extensive agent network, and guiding prospective students through the admissions cycle. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Educational Business Development and a proactive approach to school outreach and international market expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student recruitment activities to meet management and institutional enrollment targets.
• Build relationships in Dubai and internationally, ensuring 100% data integrity in agent networks, prospective student leads, and school outreach logs.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic leads to support open days, education fairs, and virtual recruitment events.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process while providing comprehensive support and strengthening the school’s global market presence.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to optimize enrollment tracking and professional recruitment reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Education plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically within student recruitment in the UAE.
• Strong background in management of recruitment agents, school outreach, and international business development.
• Professional background in education or training regarding multilingual communication (Fluency in English + Arabic or French is Mandatory).
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a willingness for international travel, and a valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading international business school in Dubai.
