Job Description:

The Study Abroad Counsellor will advise students on international undergraduate and postgraduate programs, assist with university selection and documentation, drive student enrollment targets, and provide end-to-end admission guidance in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students seeking undergraduate and postgraduate study opportunities abroad.
• Guide students through university selection, admissions, and application procedures.
• Assist with documentation and ensure accurate submission of application materials.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet counselling and sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on university admission requirements and study-abroad policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech, education sales, or study-abroad counseling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international university admission processes and application documentation.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required for student interaction.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
