Job Description:

The Supervisor Assistant will lead floor shifts, manage picking and packing workflows, monitor WMS throughput, and enforce 5S safety in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pre-shift briefings, set productivity targets, and assign floor teams.
• Monitor real-time fulfillment, picking, packing, and inbound receiving tasks.
• Reallocate manpower to meet shift SLAs and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized 5S warehouse floor with clear aisleways and racking safety.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce or logistics warehousing experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or shift lead capacity.
• Practical knowledge of WMS software, cycle counting, and inbound/outbound flows.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
