Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Supply Chain Officer to support our procurement and overall supply chain activities in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to final delivery. You will be responsible for tracking demand trends, managing inventory, and negotiating cost-effective contracts for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Track product demand trends and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and final delivery for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding vendor compliance standards and internal administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams to resolve delivery delays and quality issues.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to maintain accurate procurement records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
- Strong background in education or training regarding UAE procurement regulations and contract negotiation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across engineering and warehouse teams.
- Commitment to cost-effective purchasing and high compliance standards in the UAE.
