Job Description:
Indoguna Dubai is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee its logistics, procurement, and inventory operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this operational supervisor will lead purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, optimize stock levels, coordinate demand forecasting, maintain accurate ERP data, and streamline distribution workflows to ensure efficient business operations across the food and FMCG sectors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily supply chain and procurement operations.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Oversee logistics, inventory control, and stock management.
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure product availability.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient operational workflows.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
- Prior experience within the food, FMCG, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and supply chain analytical tools.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, stock control, demand forecasting, and logistics workflows.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
