Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential candidates via LinkedIn and specialized job portals, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers for management review. We are looking for an analytical recruiter who can support workforce planning and Emiratization initiatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and professional onboarding in Abu Dhabi.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent through LinkedIn, internal databases, and specialized recruitment agencies for Human Resources.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to ensure effective hiring decisions and workforce alignment.
- Assist with specialized Emiratization programs and coordinate with relevant government platforms and regulatory bodies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate detailed hiring reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of candidate experiences, interview scheduling, and recruitment records.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments in Abu Dhabi.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS/HRM digital tools.
