Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our staffing framework, requiring a professional who can identify and attract top talent for both local and international positions. You will be responsible for managing recruitment pipelines, screening applicants, and coordinating with hiring managers for management review. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in candidate engagement who thrives in the fast-paced events and tech landscape. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent through advanced sourcing techniques to drive sales of our employment brand.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements for engineering and event technical roles.
- Utilize Information Technology and ATS tools to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience handling global recruitment processes and specialized Information Technology roles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern sourcing strategies and behavioral interviewing.
- Strong background in management of candidate relationships; agency experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred; candidates new to the UAE with home country experience are welcome.
