Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-lifecycle recruitment, execute proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting, conduct competency interviews, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with corporate management teams to fulfill multi-business hiring needs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations across various corporate departments and subsidiary entities.
• Source, headhunt, and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, preliminary evaluations, and competency-based interviews.
• Partner directly with department heads and hiring managers to define staffing requirements and sourcing plans.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and future staffing needs.
• Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage applicant flow, record feedback, and track recruitment metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Corporate Recruiter.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate headhunting, executive search, and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prior recruitment experience within the UAE market is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
