Job Description:
We are seeking 85 enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Intervention Support Assistants to join various schools in Abu Dhabi. This role is specifically designed for individuals passionate about fostering literacy and phonics skills in children. You will work under the guidance of lead teachers to provide targeted support, helping students overcome learning obstacles and engage more effectively with their curriculum. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support literacy development and facilitate phonics-based learning programs for students.
- Assist children with daily reading, writing, and comprehension activities to build fundamental skills.
- Provide active support during guided reading sessions and supervise digital learning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to ensure the effective delivery of daily lesson plans.
- Offer focused one-on-one or small-group assistance to students requiring additional intervention.
- Encourage positive learning behavior and maintain high levels of student engagement in the classroom.
- Liaise with school Management to ensure all academic support activities align with school standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational support is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest and high level of enthusiasm for working with children in a school environment.
- Ability to follow instructions from teachers and school leadership effectively.
- Candidates currently on a family or spouse visa are preferred.
- Current residence in the UAE and readiness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi schools.
