Job Description:
We are currently inviting applications for over 10 teaching positions to join our expanding academic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver innovative lessons for management and academic review. We are seeking specialists for Primary (Years 1-6), Art, Humanities, Physics, Biology, English, Mathematics, General Science, BTEC Creative Media, and Law & Sociology. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in the British Curriculum and a proactive approach to student development and modern pedagogical methods. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across relevant subjects to meet management and British Curriculum quality targets.
- Support student learning journeys in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in progress monitoring, assessment records, and student feedback.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic coordinators to enhance teaching strategies and collaborative curriculum delivery.
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment while contributing to a culture of academic excellence and student success.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize lesson delivery and maintain accurate records of student development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject plus a mandatory teaching Certificate (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
- Professional experience specifically teaching the British Curriculum (Highly Preferred).
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student engagement strategies, and innovative teaching methods.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern pedagogy and subject-specific curriculum standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal communication, and a passion for student development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to excel in a prestigious Dubai-based school community.
