Job Description:
Oasis International School is seeking qualified and dedicated educators to fill multiple teaching vacancies. These roles are critical in delivering our curriculum and fostering an environment where students can thrive academically and socially. We are looking for passionate professionals who can engage students across different age groups and subject matters, from early years to middle school. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a strong pedagogical foundation, capable of adapting their teaching style to meet diverse student needs while maintaining the high standards set by the school and UAE educational authorities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in alignment with school curriculum standards.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Liaise with the Management team to ensure departmental goals and school-wide KPIs are achieved.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department regarding professional development tracking and certification updates.
- Support school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Collaborate with teaching colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Work with the Engineering or IT department to integrate educational technology and interactive tools into the classroom.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Subject specific).
- Compulsory: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification.
- Social Studies Teacher (Middle Grades – Male): Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience.
- Kindergarten Teacher: Minimum 2 years’ experience in KG teaching.
- Arabic Teacher – Kindergarten (For Arabs): Direct experience teaching at the KG level.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Arabic for relevant roles).
- A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional learning.
