Job Description:

Safari UAE is expanding its team and is looking for passionate professionals to fill multiple operational and support roles across our Dubai locations. We are seeking individuals who can contribute to an engaging customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety. Whether you are managing floor teams, securing our premises, or facilitating financial transactions at the counter, your role is vital to our daily success. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Security In-Charge / Guard: Oversee premises safety, monitor surveillance, and ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Supervisor (Health & Beauty): Lead department teams, monitor stock levels, and drive sales performance within specialized retail sections.
  • Store Keeper / Receiver: Manage inventory intake, verify deliveries against LPOs, and ensure organized warehouse operations.
  • Salesman (Multiple Depts): Provide expert product knowledge in Grocery, Deli, or Household sections and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Cashiers: Process financial transactions accurately using POS systems and provide exceptional front-end customer service.
  • Coordinate with the Management team to implement promotional campaigns and meet daily sales targets.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding shift schedules and staff performance tracking.
  • Work with the Engineering and maintenance teams to report any facility or equipment issues promptly.
  • Ensure all activities comply with UAE retail regulations and company health and safety standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant Vocational Certificate.
  • Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or security environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus).
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle high-volume footfall professionally.
  • Basic numerical skills and computer literacy, particularly for Cashier and Store Keeper roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and a reliable, disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
