Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and experienced educators for multiple roles, including Arabic, French, and ICT Teachers. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Arabic, French, or ICT to meet management and student learning targets.
- Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in assessment, grading, and curriculum alignment.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and teacher development.
- Maintain a supportive and collaborative learning environment to enhance the overall student experience and personal growth.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and innovative teaching methods to maximize student achievement and engagement.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the British Curriculum is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student behavior, and academic performance tracking.
- Professional background in education regarding innovative teaching methodologies and collaborative learning.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard GEMS school in Dubai.
